Be sure to indicate the purpose of your gift on the check or in a cover letter.
Credit Card
Please use your credit card by calling Cecil Lucy at the NBMBA Foundation at 312-236-2622. You will need to provide your full name, phone number, address, type of credit card, card number, expiration date, and the amount of your gift and area of support.
Pledges
By pledging to donate at least $1,000 or more for five years, donors are welcomed into the NBMBA Foundation's Leadership Circle. However, a pledge to donate any amount is welcomed and appreciated. Please contact us directly to make your pledge.

Donation Form
Planned Gifts
Planned gifts include bequests, retirement plans, or life insurance plans. A bequest is made by naming the NBMBA Foundation in your will. Retirement plan donations are made by designating the Foundation as a beneficiary of your IRA or any other qualified retirement plan. Life insurance gifts are made by giving a current or new policy to the Foundation or by naming the Foundation as a beneficiary. Donors who give through planned giving methods are welcomed into the Foundation's Heritage Society. Please contact us directly to make your pledge.
Gifts of Appreciated Property
Donate publicly-traded stock that you have owned for more than one year and eliminate capital gains on the appreciated value of the stock, while benefiting from the deduction of the full marketing value of the stock. You will need to indicate if securities are held in physical certificate form, in a brokerage account (specify the brokerage firm), or in a mutual fund. Corporate Matching Gifts
Many corporations will match your donation to the NBMBA Foundation. Please check with your company's personnel office for details about its matching gift program. |
